Amethyst

Item Description

Sharp, very attractive single Amethyst crystal with excellent form. The purple color, which is zoned when observed at just the right angle, is so rich that the crystal looks like it was carved from grape jelly. There is only insignificant edgewear. Along the back side there is some contacting and a thin, secondary layer of quartz overgrowth. They do not affect the presentation at all. The aesthetics of this single are excellent.
