Item Description

A beautiful specimen of Amber from the Dominican Republic featuring many very well-preserved termites completely frozen inside. This material is always popular on the market, and even though its more of a fossil than a mineral, it's still a cool display piece of this well known material. It's not common to find a piece with THIS many insects inside. It's a fairly rich specimen for the size, best viewed under magnification.
