Item Description

A beautiful specimen of Amber from the Dominican Republic featuring a handful of very well-preserved insects frozen inside. This material is always popular on the market, and even though its more of a fossil than a mineral, it's still a cool display piece of this well known material. This material comes from the Colombian rainforest, and the Amber itself formed 14 million years ago during the Miocence Epoch.
