Item Description

Sharp, lustrous, slightly translucent, classic greenish-blue amazonite crystals, to 3.0 cm, are aesthetically clustered on this unrepaired plate. Classic and excellent old-time material from the Otto Pfordte Collection, a prominent mining engineer, who passed away in 1938. Comes with a Hugh Ford label dating from 1946-57.
