Amazonite (ex Obodda)

This specimen is from the recent finds of Amazonite in Ethiopia. This showy small cabinet specimen features an attractive rich blue-green color, very well formed crystal of Amazonite with white Albite. These are easily some of the finest quality Amazonite specimens to hit the market in recent years. Aside from the specimens that occur at the Pike's Peak Batholith in Colorado, these are some of the most impressive Amazonite specimens around. This specimen has great color and good form, although it's not a complete crystal. It is good shape overall, with only a bit of roughness around the edges. Ex Herb Obodda.
