Amazonite

These contemporary Ethiopian amazonites are giving Colorado ones, formerly the "kings" of the species, a real run for their money. The color, as here, is a beautiful turquoise-blue and the crystal has fine luster. The form is complex, architectural and sharp. This excellent crystal is contacted on the back, but is out of sight.
