A shockingly large 2.0 cm spray of sharply terminated, gem, allanite-(Ce) blades is very aesthetically set in the blocky euhedral to granular dolomite matrix from this classic large open pit talc quarry. Trimouns is famous for numerous exotic REE species. The zone of mining here is now gone, and these French REE species are fast becoming irreplaceable classics.
