Intensely sparkly chlorite microcrystals cover the large textbook sharp, beige-colored albite variety pericline crystals on this dramatic and impressive CABINET plate from the famous Warren Brothers Quarry of Massachusetts. The pericline crystals reach a stout, 6.0 x 5.0 cm. A very fine two-sided piece. In great overall shape, the front is essentially pristine. Light bruising is noted to a couple of the crystals on the backside. The periphery wear is very minimal on this fine piece. Classic large material from this locale from the Schlichter Collection. And a VERY good albite, in any case!
