Item Description
Mineral specimens are uncommon from this less well-known Austrian locality, near the Italian border. Variably-sized, sharp, pearlescent tabular albite variety pericline crystals, to 1.8 cm, are aesthetically festooned on one face of the piece. Scattered water-clear quartz crystals are a fine accessory and compliment. The back of this two-sided rich is covered with a myriad of tiny pericline crystals. Pristine, except for the acceptable periphery wear. A classic and excellent Austrian albite and quartz specimen from an uncommon locale. From an East Coast collection.
