Textbook sharp, lustrous, flesh pink-colored pericline crystals form a striking and aesthetic LARGE CABINET specimen from the famous Warren Brothers Quarry of Massachusetts. The large pericline crystal is 3.6 cm and several crystals are doubly terminated. A glassy, 1.6 cm, green, prehnite in the middle of the piece is a very nice accent. This is a striking, two-sided crust with the crystals on the backside being chlorite covered. The contact on one side is an extremely minimal detraction as the rest of the piece is essentially pristine. Classic material from this locale from the Schlichter Collection. And an OUTSTANDING albite, in any case! Valued $400-500.
