Item Description
A classic Austrian "Pericline" specimen hosting dozens of sharp, blocky crystals of an off-white color (some are iron-stained) on matrix. The terminations of the crystals have amazingly bright luster, and an attractive "porcelain"-like appearance. This piece was mined in 1976 and came from the collection of Brian Kosnar who purchased it from the Johann Zenz collection. The largest "Pericline" crystal measures 1.5 cm. A very eye-catching display specimen of this classic material from the Austrian Alps!
