Item Description
A very rarely seen pseudomorph from the Griffith Township in Ontario, Canada featuring soft pinkish-orange colored Albite that has replaced a prismatic crystal of Scapolite measuring 3.7 cm, on Feldspar matrix. The fine crystal form of the original Scapolite crystal has been notably well-preserved, and the four-side pyramidal termination is still rather distinct. No damage. A very cool specimen for any fan of worldwide pseudomorphs or minerals from the various pegmatites in Renfrew County.
