Some of the world's finest Aegirine crystals are found at Mount Malosa. This particular piece features fine quality, sharp, highly lustrous, deep greenish-black prismatic crystals of Aegirine on minor matrix. The largest crystal measures 4.5 cm. It's in good shape overall and very aesthetic for what it is. For a Pyroxene, you can't ask for much sharper or lustrous crystals. Former Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued at $600.
