Item Description
Sculptural, blocky, parallel-growth cluster of brilliant luster jet-black aegirine prisms accented with typical olive-green areas from recent finds at well-known Mount Malosa. The sharp, angled, etched termination with olive-green aegirine and variable length side car crystals add character to this showy and excellent 360-degree small cabinet. The noted contacting and bruising on the prism faces are modest detractions to this highly representative stout example of the species and locale. This is from early material that came out of here in the 1990s.
