An impressive, large, tapered, parallel-growth, aegirine crystal spike from Mount Malosa. This dramatic, splendent, jet-black crystal with nifty green highlights, 360-degree specimen is strikingly enhanced by the scattered, sharp, lustrous, off-white, microcline crystals. Complete all-around and pristine, except of trivial edge wear and two modest spots of contacting on the sides, with very little bruising. A substantial, excellent and large single combination crystal for the locale. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock and valued by Herb at $600, more than 5 years ago. It is worth more today.
