Item Description
Adamite is a well-known zinc arsenate species, and I think it's safe to say that the finest examples ever found are those from the renowned Ojuela Mine in Mexico. These pieces are incredibly beautiful for their excellent color and crystallization. This particular specimen features excellent radial groups and individual "wedge"-shaped crystals of fine quality, lustrous, vivid yellow-green Adamite on Limonite matrix. The piece shows an intense green fluorescence under UV light. This is a showy miniature size specimen, with no major damage that I can find. Valued $2,000.
