A very unusual adamite! This interesting specimen is composed of grown-together adamite crystals to almost 4 cm, forming a unified and curving joined surface atop, and yet made of individuals. It is weird, even a bit colorchallenged to some, but entirely unique. Also, its a bit prettier in person, I can assure you! This is simply unusual, and looks more organic than crysatlline. It was in the Marty Zinn collection until 2003 (his original label is here, and shows it was $1500 at the time in 2003 that the collection was dispersed by another dealeship), then to the Stoudt Mexico collection, much of which we purchased and obtained this in a lot deal. The price reflects that this is unusual - it is simply not like all the others.
