Item Description

Very rare, translucent, glassy, vivid blue Cuprian Adamite crystal clusters are scattered on the contrasting gossan matrix with associated Calcite. These turquoise-blue Adamites (not green), with crystals to 3 mm, were found once in a small 1988 find at the Ojuela Mine. The piece comes with a label from the famous and recently deceased mineral dealer, Larry Conklin. Arguably the most rare color for Adamite from this locality.
