Adamite (Cuprian)

Vivid blue green Cuprian Adamite is highly sought after from the historic Ojuela mine in Mexico. The color is almost as rich as Adamite gets from any locality, and the sparkling luster makes this piece very desirable. The piece is in good condition overall. The color is what matters here. This mine is well known for its amazingly intense colors of Adamite, and this small cabinet is certainly a great example of said material. Small, sharp, lustrous, blue-green Adamite crystals sit on contrasting gossan matrix. The largest crystal measures up to 3 mm.
