Item Description

Adamite is known from various world localities, but some would say that the most desirable and highest quality examples are those from the famous Ojuela Mine in Mexico. This small cabinet specimen features beautiful "pinwheel"-shaped groups comprising many slender, brilliant, greenish-yellow colored prisms of Adamite aesthetically sitting Limonite matrix. The largest Adamite group measures 2.1 cm across. Very attractive up close, and these specimens are certainly one of the most classic minerals from any Mexican locality.
