A rare, showy and excellent combination from the Alpine-type deposits at Alchuri. Intergrown, sharp, lustrous, dark olive-green actinolite prisms are accented with starkly contrasting gray calcite rhombs to 1.8 cm. Both species are rare in this richness and form from Alchuri, making this an exceptional combination example. Orange fluorescence. Choice material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued by Herb at $800, five or more years ago. It is worth more today.
