Actinolite and Goethite

Item Description

Lovely pair of long, bladed green Actinolite crystals from Namibia. The Actinolites have good green color and very good luster. Some of the termination are well defined, and the blades fan out towards the terminations. The architecture is such that the blades create a long valley between them, in which are nestled several botryoids of Goethite. The largest of these velvety to lustrous Goethites is about 1 cm.
