A supremely sculptural and dramatic miniature combination from the Fresnillo and the Herb Obodda Collection. A striking curved "finger" of lustrous, metallic, intergrown acanthite crystals is bent over a sharp, elongated pseudo-cubic acanthite crystal. A few wormy tiny bronzy chalcopyrites are noted on the front. The back is another story! Here the entire back is covered with wormy chalcopyrite and a fabulously accenting 2.6 cm flattened parallel-growth polybasite crystal is embedded in the base of the acanthite "finger". Very rare and showy in this unusual combination style and architecture! Valued at $1000-1250.
