Lustrous, blocky, metallic-gray, acanthite crystals are aesthetically perched, arborescent-style, on intergrown sparkly platy, slightly altered crystals of polybasite on this showy and classic combination specimen from the famous Rayas Mine at Guanajuato, Mexico. Ex Joan Massague Collection and purchased from Bryan Lees at the New Jersey Show in 1991 for $200. Valued at $400 today
