Item Description
An exquisite acanthite miniature from this famous silver mining district. Splendent, sharp, metallic-gray, acanthite "flower bulbs" rest atop a "stalk" of smaller acanthites. All of the crystals have distinctive hoppering and the striking, large, elongated crystal at the crest is 1.6 cm. This fine piece displays beautifully from either side. Classic and very fine material from the Dick Heck Collection.
