Item Description
A sculptural arborescent specimen of intergrown un-etched and etched acanthite octahedrons from the famous mid-2000s finds. The octos on the limbs and upper body on one side of the two-sided piece are relatively un-etched, while the rest of the piece on both sides features etched acanthite. Interestingly chemistry here! A showy, rich, unusual and highly representative example of the species and locale. Supplies have dried up and there is not much around today. valued $800
