An impressive sculptural crust of solid botryoidal malachite with rich color and striking velvety luster. The colors of the shimmering chatoyant very bubbly botryoids vary from dark green to rich forest-green to light green. In very fine shape, with only a couple of small scuffs noted in the top of the piece. This is excellent old-time material for China (1980s, when Chinese material was just coming to market). From the Shilu Mine and compares with the best from Africa.
