SPECIAL AUCTION - The Collection of Dr. Stephen Smale! All of the specimens are culled from his world-famous collection of Indian and Chinese minerals.  Steve was ahead of his time in terms of collecting as he was the first premier collector in the world to invest in high-end Indian zeolite minerals (and related species), going back over 40 years, long before they became popular worldwide.  The same can be said about Steve's Chinese mineral collection, as he had already assembled a superb suite of minerals before most worldwide collectors had anything from China in their collections.  Steve traveled directly to the sources to obtain these spectacular specimens, and we are thrilled to present them here now.

 

We have a great mix of piece from some of the most classic localities in China and India.  Fine quality, mostly cabinet sized display specimens, at varying reserve prices.
