Hematite (mirror bright)

What a wonderful Hematite specimen for any locality. The main crystals on this specimen have FANTASTIC bright splendent luster, with razor sharp faces, metallic silvery-grey color and a beautiful form. The largest crystal measures 3.2 cm. From the display side, the main crystals are undamaged, though the piece is not complete on the back. This is a terrific specimen and BETTER IN PERSON as the luster is impossible to replicate in the photos. These specimens do not get the credit they deserve for their outstanding luster and incredibly smooth faces. Swiss Hematites are held in higher regard on the market because they're classics, but I've never seen a Hematite crystal from Switzerland with the stunning reflective faces that are seen on this specimen. When you see this piece in person, you will truly be impressed by the superior quality. Hematite just doesn't get any better in terms of the incredibly mirror like faces like this piece.
