Cassiterite specimens are RARE from this well-known Colorado pegmatite district. This is a sharp thumbnail twin with highly lustrous metallic-gray to black striated faces. Complete all-around and in excellent shape. The termination faces are pristine and the few lightly contacted prism faces are mostly out-of-sight and are certainly only a modest detraction to this important Colorado rarity. Valued by the former dealer at $350. A MUST for the Colorado, pegmatite or species collector.
