FINE MINERAL COLLECTION and INVENTORY LIQUIDATION AUCTION (set 2 of 2) - FEATURING SPECIMENS FROM THE KAY ROBERTSON COLLECTION - end Thursday March 8th, 2018
Ends Thursday, March 8th, 2018
at 6:45 PM (Central Time Zone)
Back from Tucson and we've got a great selection of material that we picked up over the last few months along with rarities, unusual pieces, gem crystals, classics and display specimens. Look for new goodies from Tucson along with new collection acquisitions to appear in the coming weeks. You'll even find a few fossils, carvings / lapidary items and gemstones mixed in every now and then. We'll still have selections from various collections we've obtained including Willard Wulff, Rolando Gioia, Francesco Bedogné, Paul Zerfass and plenty of pieces from Kay Robertson along with various dealers' inventories. Look here for the not so typical mineral specimens along with plenty of your favorites. We don't just offer the "standard 20 species", but an eclectic mix of specimens that appeal to everybody! Enjoy!
Some of the highlights from this week's auction include:
1. Cabinet sized, heavily striated, beautiful blue color AQUAMARINE crystal from Brazil
2. Newly mine skeletal HALITE specimen with rare green TOLBACHITE inclusions from Poland
3. LARGE CABINET sized golden yellow HELIODOR crystal group from Brazil
4. Classic bright metallic GOLD from the Eagle's Nest Mine
5. Newly mined attractive PINK OPAL specimen from Peru
6. Attractive gemmy, orange-red RHODOCHROSITE on matrix from Mont Saint-Hilaire, Canada
