FINE MINERAL COLLECTION and INVENTORY LIQUIDATION AUCTION (set 2 of 2) - FEATURING SPECIMENS FROM THE KAY ROBERTSON COLLECTION - end Thursday April 26th, 2018
Ends Thursday, April 26th, 2018
at 6:45 PM (Central Time Zone)
We have a great selection of material that we picked up over the last few months along with rarities, unusual pieces, gem crystals, classics and display specimens. Look for new goodies from Tucson along with new collection acquisitions to appear in the coming weeks. You'll even find a few fossils, carvings / lapidary items and gemstones mixed in every now and then. We'll still have selections from various collections we've obtained including Willard Wulff, Francesco Bedogné, Paul Zerfass, Rolando Gioia, and plenty of pieces from Kay Robertson along with various dealers' inventories. Look here for the not so typical mineral specimens along with plenty of your favorites. We don't just offer the "standard 20 species", but an eclectic mix of specimens that appeal to everybody! Enjoy!
Some of the highlights from this week's auction include:
1. GOLD on QUARTZ from the Timmins Area in Ontario, Canada
2. RARE bi-colored TANZANITE crystal from Merelani, Tanzania
3. Big, classic, hard to find cabinet sized STIBNITE specimen from Bolivia (ex Rich Kosnar Collection)
4. Classic, fine quality, "flower"-like shaped specimen of ANDORITE from the famous San Jose Mine, Bolivia
5. Beautiful "flame"-orange colored BROOKITE crystal on matrix from Pakistan (ex Francesco Bedogné Collection)
6. Many gem crystal specimens including various species of GARNET, plus TOURMALINES and AQUAMARINES
7. Rarities include species like ZINCOWOODWARDITE and HUREAULITE
