Fluorite

Item Description

Unusual, and very attractive, complex Fluorite cluster from Erongo. The fine and prevalent stepped growth reminds of the great Muzquiz Fluorites, but these are deep purple and translucent. One exceptional characteristic is the preferential frosting along some of the side faces. Not just any faces, mind you, but many of them facing the same direction, as if the hills were coated by lavendar, wind-driven snow from the north. A really choice Fluorite with very good aesthetics.
